World-class card production
Our state-of-the-art purpose built manufacturing plant with full litho and digital print facilities has the capacity to produce 160 million cards per year, all of which are manufactured to meet the exacting ISO standards set out for banking cards.
With secure on-site warehousing and the ability to add magnetic strips, signature panels, metallic and special inks, key fobs, matt/gloss lamination and surface finishes such as spot UV and foil print mean we have complete control over the quality of your printed cards from start to finish.
We continue to look at new greener card materials and responsible business practices which help to protect our environment, reduce our carbon footprint and mutually benefit our customers.
As one of the first card manufacturers in Europe to use both Eco degradable materials and waterless print processes, we actively encourage our customers to ‘buy eco’ as part of their environmental policy and to meet consumer demands for more eco-friendly products.

Having our own manufacturing plant means we are able to fully control the entire production process and provide flexibility to accommodate short lead times.
Artwork
Whether you require original artwork creation or already have press-ready files, our highly experienced and dedicated artwork team is on hand to provide expert advice for even the most complicated of jobs. We use up-to-the minute equipment and operating systems supported by the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Mailing & fulfilment
LogoCard offers a complete service for your card scheme, our experienced permanent production teams adhere to strict management controls and quality assurance procedures to provide customers with complete peace of mind, whilst all our systems are supported by in-line verification to allow for continuous production. Our industry leading equipment means we can match mount, fold, insert and mail completed packs directly to customers so you can leave all the hard work to us!
Data processing
With a highly experienced in-house data management team, our data processing service is extensive. From formatting, collating and cleansing (where required) you can be assured your final personalised cards and mailings will be exactly how you envisage. In addition anything from a sequential number range to barcode and magnetic stripe encoding can often be produced without the requirement to supply us with any data.
Card personalisation
We appreciate that individual card scheme requirements vary enormously which is why we offer a comprehensive range of card personalisation options including embossing, encoding, barcoding, 2D codes, thermal printing, “Drop on Demand” printing, inkjet printing and thermal re-transfer.
Packaging
Including packaging with your plastic cards can add perceived value to your offering making them more desirable and help increase profitability. At LogoCard we are able to provide you with a variety of packaging formats from a basic card ‘hanger’ to more bespoke patented pop out boxes.

Loyalty cards
Irrespective of any economic climate, customer retention is vital to the long-term success of your business - and loyalty cards are all about making customers think of your company first when a purchasing decision is being made. Calling upon our extensive experience, your loyalty scheme can grow and evolve as your business does.
Gift cards
We can encode cards in-house and also enhance the security of your gift card by producing a scratch off panel to conceal a number or code making them internet-ready providing the opportunity to extend the shopping experience online.
Hotel key cards
We supply printed or blank key cards and room keys for magnetic stripe, smart card and proximity door entry systems. Our eco degradable hotel key cards offer a greener alternative and are helping the hotel industry to improve their overall impact on the environment.
Membership cards
We can provide a number of card types to support your membership scheme with options such as magnetic strip encoding, sequential numbering and additional functionality like barcodes, signature panel or embedded smart chips. Further support for your scheme is also available through the production of letter heads, carriers, envelopes and inserts and services such as data management and mailing.
RFID shield cards
Through extensive research and development our UK partners PCS and Voyager Blue have developed contactless shielding technology that prevents ‘accidental payments’, ‘card clash’ and ‘digital pickpocketing’ by blocking the signals RFID readers use to access the data on contactless cards. With the ability to incorporate this technology into any type of plastic card, such as loyalty cards it can simply be slipped into a wallet or purse next to the contactless card to be protected. It is also available in a passport size to provide protection to biometric passports.
Key fob cards
These durable plastic key fob cards can be personalised by name, number or even the inclusion of a barcode to work alongside any scanning systems you have in place. Printed in either litho, digital or screen, these cards are available with a standard PVC substrate as well as a choice of alternative materials including Eco degradable PVC, Teslin (Polyester), High Impact Polystyrene (HIP) and Polypropylene providing more flexibility for bespoke shapes to suit your design requirements.
